You’ll have a dedicated pet concierge assigned to your stay, ready to adapt as your schedule changes. If your tasting runs long, dinner turns into a late night, or plans shift at the last minute, we adjust seamlessly. Need an early-morning check-in, a late-night visit, or extra care between events? Consider it handled.

In many cases, we can also assist with local insight and logistics, including pet-friendly recommendations, timing support around winery visits or events, and flexible care coordination—all with clear communication, photo updates, and peace of mind.

Our role is simple: provide calm, reliable, white-glove pet care so you can fully enjoy your wine country experience.

If you are a business, venue coordinator, wedding planner, or organization, we offer professional on-site pet support tailored to your needs. From short-term events to ongoing partnerships, we help create a calm, pet-friendly experience for your guests, clients, and residents.

We regularly support coffee shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, hotels, Bed & Breakfasts, wedding venues, retirement communities, and apartment buildings. Our experienced handlers can be on-site to assist guests with pets, manage transitions during events, provide relief walks, and ensure animals remain comfortable, safe, and well-mannered in shared spaces.

This service is ideal for special events, busy weekends, pet-friendly promotions, or any setting where pets are welcome but additional support is needed. We work discreetly and professionally, coordinating with staff to minimize disruption while enhancing the guest experience.
